By accessing our website, placing an order or purchasing from LTW Collective, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. 

All orders are subject to availability. Please check your product, size, colour, team, name, number and customisation before checkout.

Many LTW products are made to order or produced after a team ordering period closes. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Please check the relevant size chart before ordering, as sizing may vary between products.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Made-to-order items generally cannot be exchanged for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Please carefully check all names, spelling, numbers and customisation before ordering.

Playing numbers are subject to team availability. Once personalised items enter production, changes or cancellations for customer selection errors may not be possible.

Production and arrival times are estimates. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, freight or circumstances outside our control.

Some images are digital mock-ups. Colours, pattern placement or positioning may vary slightly in production. “Design Coming Soon” artwork will be updated when available.

Some collections are available only to particular teams, clubs or during set ordering periods.

Customers must select the correct team, product, size and customisation. Team orders may be produced together after the ordering window closes, so production may not begin immediately after purchase.

Prices are in AUD and payment is required at checkout. LTW Collective is currently not registered for GST.

Club collection and local delivery may be available. Please wait for confirmation before collecting. Customers are responsible for providing correct contact and delivery details.

Made-to-order or personalised items generally cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or incorrect customer selections.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please contact us promptly.

Cancellations may not be possible once production begins. Australian Consumer Law rights still apply.

LTW designs and content must not be used without permission. Customers supplying artwork must have permission to use it.
